Jo has a diploma in fashion design obtained from the Elizabeth Galloway Fashion Academy, Stellenbosch.
She has been a small business owner since 1998 making picnic baskets, matric dance dresses and table clothes in a variety of eye-catching fabrics. She worked as a store manager for Foschini for 2 years where she gained skills in marketin

During 2022 Jo volunteered in the "Lees is Lekker' reading programme at a local underprivileged school. This sparked her desire to give back and to help re-establish the needlework training project.

After spending 30 years in human resources and marketing roles, Alida became involved in assisting charity organisations with fund raising and marketing.
Over the last 17 years she has assisted several welfare organizations including Silver Threads Dienssentrum in Ashton, Hadassah Family Wholeness Centre, Kabouterland Pre-Primêr and Warmb

Katrina and Shahida are our senior seamstress and head seamstress respectively. They both assist in training and are passionate about sewing and creating beautiful things.
